Our goal is to ensure every client receives value and trust in our work. Refunds are granted only under valid circumstances and within a defined timeframe as described below.
Refunds are applicable only if the service was not delivered as promised, or if project milestones were not met as agreed in the contract.
Payments made for domain registration, third-party software, or completed project phases are not eligible for refunds.
Clients must submit a written refund request with clear reasons and supporting documents within 7 days of service delivery.
